Project Overview:

M365Grow aims to provide comprehensive training in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure to young students in Africa. This initiative will equip them with valuable skills and certifications that can lead to employment or entrepreneurial opportunities in the tech industry.

Goals and Objectives:

  1. Educate - Teach at least 1,000 students in the first year through structured courses in Microsoft technologies.
  2. Certify - Ensure at least 70% of participants pass certification exams after course completion.
  3. Empower - Assist 50% of certified participants in finding employment or starting their own ventures within six months of course completion.

Key Activities:

  1. Curriculum Development - Collaborate with Microsoft MVPs and industry experts to develop a relevant, engaging, and practical curriculum.
  2. Partnership Formation - Identify and establish partnerships with local NGOs that have strong community ties and an interest in technology education.
  3. Recruitment of Students - Work with local communities, schools, and NGOs to identify potential students who can benefit from this program.
